What are your favorite and "goto" plugins?

I know that this question is fairly generalized and that what plugins you use will vary depending on projects, needs, desired sound, etc....

But I was just curious what some of your "favorite" and "go-to" Plugins (VST,RTAS, etc) are. What do you prefer for compression, EQ, reverb, etc...

Also, What are your favorite or "go-to" virtual instruments?

Tough crowd.

UAD's LA2, EMT 140, Neve 1073...those are must have's for me. For cuts/LP/HP/parametric sweeps stuff I use the ReaEQ in reaper. I use a DensityMKII compressor plug as well for taming peaks and "glue".

Those are the ones that get used on almost every song.

Me, personally, I like using BBE's Sonic Sweet plug-in pack. After recording a track I immediately load the Sonic Maximizer to enhance the quality of the sound. The next plug-in would have to be the Harmonic Maximizer. For $100.00, you can't really beat the Sonic Sweet bundle.

I also have a parametric eq plug-in that I'm quite fond of. And Lexicon Reverbs, of course.
