Ok so i finally got my wharfedale's. The ones everyone is always talking about in these forums. These monitors are big, much larger then my old edirol monitors, But they are still very sexy. And yes... the blue led is a little bright. The construction seems very solid and they have some good weight to them, Like others have commented it would be nice to have controls on the front. As for the sound these things sound very nice, I listened to some songs that i had heard 100's of times threw other speakers and i heard tons of stuff i had never heard before. The bass seems a bit quiet but it is very defined... im hearing bass walks that ive never heard before... stuff like bass picking sounds.. these monitors seem pretty accurate. Ive heard much more expensive monitors in the studios of friends and i would say that these can hold thee own against them. I got mine for 250$ thats a sick deal for speakers of this calibur.. go out and buy some!
