Hello People,
Does anyone know whether there is an option to Change/Up/Downgrade to a Native license of a waves plug-in when you already own a SoundGrid license?
I am asking this because I am a bit confused as to how the waves SoundGrid system works.
- You will need a server to run your plug-ins (but they are installed and stored on your main computer). correct?
I suppose this can not be a computer/server of your own (the server has to be bought at the waves online store) am I right?
(and if you can use your own server: how?)
- You will need an audio interface with an asio driver that is supported by the Waves Soundgrid Server, correct?
does that mean I will need to use asio for all If I want to use the server with my unsupported audio interface?
Will the plugins still be available as VST's in my Daw?
is there a way around using a dedicated server?
And if I would have a Soundgrid license could I change it for a native one?
(I have seen a few soundgrid licenses on eBay lately)
