Just an FYI for anybody out there struggling to get a good bass sound direct. I moved up to Cubase 7. The VST Amp Rack has a Tweed model, use with the Tweed 4x10. Turn the drive down all the way, master a touch over at about 1 o'clock. Treble down a bit, or all the way down. Start there. On my system this is a very good bass sound.
