Very dumb Sound Forge 6.0 question

OK, I know I am pretty stupid, but I forgot how to change the read-out for the time stretch function. I re-installed the software on a new machine and I can only time stretch in full seconds not in thousands of a second like before. What am I doing wrong???? I had this hooked up properly before but am totally zoning on this one. Can someone help me????

Set the Input Format in the drop down list to Time (hr:mn:sc.xxx).
Now in the Final Time, click on the display box and manually enter the Final Time (make sure to use the proper format hr:mn:sc.xxx) or you can click on the slider and use the Left and Right arrows on the keyboard to adjust the final time in .01% increments.
This is how it works for me in SF7, I would assume it is the same in SF6.

I tried that and yes that will work. But it won't set it up that way automatically like it did before. On my other machine, it would automatically show the readout up to one/one thousands of a second. This is only showing in full seconds. How do you set it up to read in thousandths of a second each time you go into time stretch???? That is really my question.
Thank you!
