Valley Int'l Inc MicroFX Noise Reduction?

Does anyone have a manual for one of these that they might share?

Or, can someone briefly explain the function of the "calibrate" dial, and the switches?

I picked one up for $10 (without a manual, natch), I figured I'd ask before I start farting around with the "calibration" etc.
