V Vocal

I'm running Sonar 7 Studio and I'd like to try V Vocal out. is it in S7 Producer? Can I still get S7 Producer? the upgrade to 8 Producer is $200 and I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of cash to check it out

I have it in Sonar 6 PE so I would expect yes it's in 7.0 PE
