God I love this machine. The editing is about as good as you can get for not being inside a computer. The scrubbing function reminds me of working on tapes.
The only thing I've not yet found in the manual is how to actually move regions of audio within the track. (I may not have read all the way through)
As far as I can tell I don't think you can do this. I'm just curious as to how many folks have really utilized this function on this machine???
I have yet to pop for the "fireport", as I will soon. For now I use the functions on board. The only thing I don't like, altought you can preview the edited regions, is that you can't preview the edited regions in a linear form. IE hear how it's gonna sound before you actually edit it. So I just undo and adjust.
