USB Midi Input port has disappeared from Cubase & Reason

I'm using Cubase and Reason, and for some reason the USB Midi Input port has vanished from both these applications' list of Input ports. I've installed the latest drivers for my midi keyboard, and it's listed on the Hardware tab of my Sound and Audio Devices. Also, when I plug in my keyboard, I can hear the "dah-ding" sound that windows makes when one plugs into a USB port. Everything seems fine, but there's no USB Midi port in either Cubase or Reason. I've tried plugging in a different midi keyboard, but to no avail.
 
I've just figured this out.

For future reference, I uninstalled the software for my new Logitech Webcam, and suddenly it was fine again. The webcam drivers seem to take over the USB midi input ports somehow. Strange one.
