Unwanted Phaser Effect in Cakewalk Pro Audio 9

I am currently using a Tascam TMD1000 Mixer that runs directly into my Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Platinum "SPDIF IN". I am using Cakewalk 9.03 and whenever I record tracks past the first track I get a phaser-type effect on the non-first tracks. It also records what I'm listening to when I am recording a new track. For example: I play my guitar, records fine. Then record myself singing and if I listen to only the 2nd track (vocals) I hear a phaser on my voice and I hear the guitar part as well. If I listen to just the first track then I hear is the guitar perfectly fine. HELP!
 
I read through a few posts, which I should have done in the first place, and found a person with a similar problem, and found out how he solved the problem, thank you for your help though!
