So I didn't entirely plan on this but within 7 days I have successfully sold/traded my:

Studio Projects B1
Naiant X-T/D pair
Atm63 and Atm Pro 25

FOR

Vintage 57
CAD M179
MXL 603s
Sennheiser E602 II

In addition I have a newer 57, and an E609.

So, how'd I do? :D and what next? I was thinking an MXL V67 to compliment the neutral sounding M179, and to practice midside recording. Any other interesting ideas? I'm mainly recording rock bands, drums guitars bass vox etc.

Thanks,

Adam

Hard to tell you what to suggest without knowing the rest of your signal/recording chain.
What is your recording interface?
What type of preamps are you using?
Have you done any room treatment as yet?
What type of monitors are you using?
