Two Cards at same time?

I have been running Powertracks with`a SB board until recently i bought the Aardvark 20/20. I was using the drum grid and the click track on PT to set the pace for my songs. Since the 20/20 has no built in synth, this feature of PT is useless. Can I put the SB back in and run the midi sounds thru it and out to a 20/20 input...and record record my drums, or is this going to require another computer running the drum grid?? will the two cards conflict with each other...duh.....Mknight
 
Shouldn't be a problem, assuming you have the extra PCI slot. I have Gadget Labs 824 for digital audio and use a TB Pinnacle for synth . As long as your software allows mutliple cards it should work fine.

I'm using SB Live for MIDI and Midiman DMAN2044 for digital audio with Guitar Studio and everything works fine.
 
thanks friends....i was just a little afraid of running them together....usually results in some irq conflict that takes weeks to undo...hahaha
