Turning lifters on Teac 3440?

Is it possible to turn the lifters on a Teac 3440? Mine are severely worn, and I want to fix it before I run any new tape through this.

I might consider making some new lifters on the lathe, or maybe "slipcovers" for the existing ones.

Also, has anyone lapped-out the grooves on the other tape path parts, like the tension arms? As I see it, the non-rolling tape path parts are the tension arms, heads, and lifters. Correct?

Hi. I have most the parts you are looking for. Only thing is im in Australia, but im sure we can work something out. I have:

Lifters.
Tension Arms.
Full transport control buttons.
