Tunable Bass Trap?

Does anybody in North America make a portable tunable bass trap?

I was looking at the Vicoustic Vari Bass online, but they have no distributor in my country (Canada). Shipping, import duties, taxes etc. from Portugal would probably double the price!

I like the idea of something adjustable like this.

Thanks for any suggestions, feedback etc.

Seems kinda silly to me - why not just broadband it and trap it all?
