Trouble Registering Cubase coming with Zoom R16

Hello guys,
i got the Zoom R16 .
I have 2 PC ,1 with internet ,the other one without internet.
I use my Zoom R16 with the pc without internet and i don´t know
how to registering the OEM version of Cubase.
Any help/ideas ???

Trust me steinberg can be a bit funny like this,

A quick checklist;

- Have you gone to steinberg.net?
- Have you created an account?
- Have you downloaded the eLicence control center (assuming its not a dongle version of the software)
- Are all you're licences kosher?

no way to register at steinberg.net,they ask me for an elicenser code wich i don´t have.
Any other kind of idea ??
P.S.
Now i´m going to try to download the elicence control center.
