Triton on CD???

I was browsing thru other hip-hop producer last night, i found this website who sells triton, mo phatt, proteus, akai mpc sounds in CD??? it says that you can create music out of triton sounds from a cd.. is it possible? the cd goes from $20-$50.. if this is possible, i won't have to buy those expensive hardwares, i'll just load em up into a software, and hook up my midi controller.. what software load sound fonts and midi?

Those sample cds (which are probably illegal) aren't gonna cut it, if you really want the versatility of the real machines. Most software packages do midi, and most can use virtual samplers. Check out Project 5, FruityLoops, or Musys.


Keep doing your research, and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
