16 mic pre's list of $1,999. Anyone use them? That's really really cheap if they are quality trident pre's. Thoughts, comments complaints and praise are welcome.

16 channel? Can't be the real Trident pre's that I'm thinking of. Where is this thing at that I can see/read? Is it a cheapo version or something? Info please...
 
The IX-One uses the mic pres off the 924 console. They are very good and are designed by Malcolm Toft.

I am not sure what mic pres your thinking of Tubedude, but most of the early stuff from the 80B and Trident 65 was not very good. The new 80B and "A" Range modules from Trident-MTA are very good, but costly. The IX-One is a great way to get a great mic pre at a good deal. Hell, your talking $62.00 per channel!

I need more info on em. Class A, transformer based? More info please... Is there a webpage based out of Europe I can look at also?
 
Already knew about that one, looking for info maybe from the European site. Not enough info there for me. Thanks though! :)
