Hi all,
Just started recording in HS8 (HS2002 is on the way...) and I'm running into some problems.
First, my levels when I export audio into.WAV and burn a CD, levels on the CD are LOW, I mean...LOW!
I have to crank my stereo ALL THE WAY to get it jammin'
I am wondering what is the correct way to set audio levels. Should I get hot levels in HS8 first, then adjust the soundcard recording level, or vice versa (or am I way off the mark, altogether)?
Second, during my latest recording, my drum tracks (first recorded) were clipping every now and then, will this cause pops and clicks while recording subsuquent tracks, and in turn have them fall out of sync?
I seem to be running into this lil' problem...
