Track-on-track?

Hello everyone, I'm new here, and I'm also new to the whole home recording thing, so for furure reference, that's why I don't know that I'm talking about much.

Anyway, when I try to record multiple tracks in my copy of Sonar 1, I have a problem. The first track goes fine, but the second (and so on) have the other track(s) blended into it. How do I disable this?

Make sure that the "What U Hear" box on your windows recording volume mixer is not selected.

I asked them same question on this board a few weeks ago. Seems to be a common problem when your new to this.
