Track For A Friend, What You Think

I made this for a friend as he wanted a backing track for the song lower than the original, i hate the song which doesnt help but any thoughts on the sounds and what to do to improve would be good, im not sure about the strings, would like something a bit better sounding but cant think of what... im using logic pro 9 as well if that helps

As no one else had replied, I listened - right until the end in case it got better. Sadly it didn't!
