To buy an NTK or not.. THAT is the ???

Hey Guys,

I've just been offered a pretty decent price on a used but in great condition Rode NTK. I currently own a BLUE Dragonfly which I'm very happy with but I'm wondering if this mic would give me a different flavor of vocals. I know it's a pretty good mic from what I've read but then again so is the one I currently own. So i guess my question is.. will I be gaining anything from purchasing this mic? Or should I save my $$$ and buy something a little nicer?

I had an NTK comin in the mail from samash, but I figured "Hey, I've got 12 months no interest and no payments. Might as well upgrade to a K2!"
So I did. That probably doesn't help you, but uhhh, bump.

well yea its gunna give you warm vocals i would think quite bright mic

CAD VSM is a killer mic and produces some great vocals. Much better mic then the NTK

Interesting.. thanks guys! I just got a great offer on an DIGI002.. So I may be abondoning the whole mic idea anyway.. I'll keep you guys posted.. (if anyone really cares) lol..
