Tm-D1000 and Sounscape Mixtreme (TDIF multi-channel card)

I'm using these two also using Cakewalk Pro 9. When I'm playing back it goes through channel 9&10 of the Tascam. This I understand. The mixer is normally setup with Ch 1-8 for analog ins and 9-16 for digital outs. In Cake when arming a channel for recording you choose "source" driver (many choices Left 1-2 Soundscape, Right 1-2 Soundscape or (stereo 1-2 Soundscape) etc.. etc.. all the way to (15-16 Soundscape). However unless I choose source 1-2 iget no signal in an armed track. The TDIF cable is working obviosly so it can't be a Soundscape problem. It's something in the Tascasm (a spelling mistake.. but I like it) or Cakewalk. If you have aNy ideas I'd appreciate it . I'm beat.. goodnight.

on the TM-D1000 open the option menu
press shift + option buttons
then select: setup > TDIF-1 A direct out > Ch 1-8
Now all 8 analog inputs of the Mixer should go directly into the Mixtreme via the TDIF cable. (as long as You did not assign other input sources to these channels)
