Those Temp. Isolation Booths

I've been checking into a temporary isolation booth to throw in my basement so that we can play drums or really crank up an amp to record. However, when people are home, they always complain about hearing it. So I was wondering if anyone has used one of these before? I just need a booth that could handle a full drum set or amp. Would this effectively calm down the noise so that I could play music without worrying about leakage into the top part of the house. Anybody have any recommendations?

Lots and lots of mass. A mass-air/cushion-mass structure. In the pic, you could replace the drywall with MDF, obv change the dimensions to suit. Also, round the door you will want a door seal. Where air can escape, so can sound. But now you need to breathe, so need ventilation (in the next pic)
