but there is no consistent moderation on this forum. Attempts to contact Dragon are generally met with stone cold silence, so I'm afraid he's SOL. The good news is that people here can troll and be shitheads as much as they like without any formal repercussions.
He should just re-register with the same (if possible) username, or some variant thereof.
