i've been burned on this road once before. It cost a ton for me to take lessons and last time the guy just wanted me to play with songs for him for 3 months. I didn't learn much. I'm thinking about this new guy who is big into rudiments and reading music. His background is drum corps/jazz.
Sounds good right? just wait............$50/hr!!!!! And 1/2 lessons suck! Should I try to go 45 min/week or 1h every other week? Or should I screw it and keep on my own. My goal is only to be a better drummer- this is not my life only a serious hobby.
