Has anyone purchased this yet?
Currently, it's the best choice for me if I want to go Pro Tools, since I have the new Imac.
I currently have the 828 and am contemplating trading in for the Digi 002 at tax return time (so that I can pay the difference). (hopefully by then LE for OSX will be out...)
I know it's damn expensive, but if you look at...it's pro controls, it's effects, it's standalone, it's firewire.....
If I stick with my Motu..i will get DP 3...then I will look at getting an external/standalone mixer down the line....either way...It looks like I will be spending the same amount of money or even more.
In the long run, the Digi 002 looks like a convenient package.
What do you think?
ps. What is the difference between Pro Tools LE and the soon to be Pro Tools 6.0.....they're compatability and what you can do with one that you can't do with the other?
