my freind has a TASCAM US-428 hes selling but it doesnt power up with the ac adapter and he says it doesnt power up because its not hooked up to the usb port and he doesnt have a computer to test it and i was wondering if anyone here has a TASCAM US-428 and if it needs to be hooked up to usb to power up
