Hi I recently bought a dr60 recorder which became faulty in the middle of recording sound for a film.
THen I bought a dr 07 and used the mini jack input the specs say it is mean to have 90snr which is definitely didn't it was hissy and the pre amp sounded terrible! I assumed it was faulty.
So after my experience with Tascam I feel reluctant to invest in their brand ever again. I loved the dr60, the pre amps were really nice for the price it was excellent. But I don't want cheap tacky gear that is always faulty!
Anyone else experience more faults in general with Tascam stuff or was I just unlucky?
