Tascam fw 1884 or Didigesign 002?

And my second question is that if I buy one of this two audio interfaces, do I still need a PCI soundcard plugged into my PC? This Audio interfaces (Tascam & Digidesign) have ASIO 2? I want to use some VST Instruments and I need very low latency. Thx.
