Tascam DBX unit question

I have nailed two of these guys in the past week on ebay (one for $10 and one for $41, ha) and am wondering how many cables I will need to hook these up to my 38/m320. I'm guessing 32 rca to rcas. Does this sound about right to anyone? These are the 4 channel units.

yeah ... it's (amount of tracks)-x-4 ... (or x2 if you count RCA-to-RCA stereo cables)
