hey all! just got myself a tascam 688 in pristine condition, barely used, and ran into an issue (which im 99% sure is newbie related, as when demonstrated by the previous owner it worked fine)!
when listening to the recorded tracks through MONITOR OUT or PHONES, everything plays back fine.
but during playback in mixdown mode (in the 'scene 12' preset) playing from GROUP OUT 1-2, only track 1 wont playback. lights are responding, slider at max volume, but no audio. every other track plays fine.
any ideas anyone? truly appreciate any help or guidance.
