my 464 starts whirring loudly if i turn it on and none of the play,record, fastforward reverse buttons work when i press them. i replaced the belt on it and the capstan spins now when i turn it on and doesnt stop until i turn it off but the reels dont move at all.. anyone know how i could fix this?
