Tannoy Reveal 601P and Samson Servo 170

Right now my home studio monitor setup is a pair of very inexpensive Nady SM 120 nearfield monitors and a Samson Servo 170 monitor amp.

I'm thinking of either replacing the Nadys with a pair of Tannoy Reveal 601P's and keeping the Samson, or going with a powered monitor setup. I'm pretty much aware of the powered vs. passive issues, so I guess my question really comes down to should I expect a great improvement by replacing the Nadys but still keeping the Samson. The Samson does have pretty decent specs, is very quiet and has never given me any problems.

Any comments/opinions appreciated.
