Studios as a business

This question is for all of those who don't do this for a living but have a nice little project studio where you charge others to record them:

How many of you actually have your studio registered as a business and how many do it kind of "under the table"?

We are 100% legit...Registered, tax ID, pay taxes, everything out in the open...Just as I would not want to do business with someone who thinks they have something to hide, I don't ask my clients to do so.

Plus, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, that is business related is deductible...including interet access, CDRs, picks, building materials, the space dedicated to the business...everything.
