Studiomix after Sonar 2

Has anybody using Sonar 3 or higher been able to get Studiomix to work? If so, how? Control Surface menu? Is there a patch/plugin from Cakewalk?

Looks like there's not much interest here, but I got it on the Cakewalk website forum. If anybody's interested, go to Options\Control Surfaces. Click the box with the plus sign to add one. In the scroll box choose Cakewalk Generic. Go to the Tools menu and a new entry called Control Surface will have appeared. Choose that and pick the mode in which you want to use the Studiomix.
