StudioMaster Mixer?

I have a chance to get a hold of a StudioMaster 24x4 mixing console, in good working order, for a really decent price.

Are StudioMasters crap? I'm new to the game, and I've heard of the Mackies, the Soundcrafts, the Behringers (shudder), but no StudioMaster.

Can anyone give me any indication that this is a good board?
