Hello.
I dint have chance to test those 2 cheap but great microphones so I wounder which one is better for vocals. ?
 
IIRC, they're both pretty bright mics. They might be good for some vocalists, but others will sound harsh and strident. There are also significant build differences between different B1 manufacturing runs that adversely affect the sound on some. Neither of these mics would be my first suggestion for a vocal mic, but again, it depends on the vocalist.
