Studio Cables?

Can anyone tell me what they think is the best cable to use for studio equipment? (patching my Layla to a mixer, etc.)?

Yo Inky:

You will find about 3333k of words on cables. I've used regular priced cables on my rig and I have some high end cables.

I have both Monster mid-range price cables and I splurged and bought a Zaoella Mic cable. That Z cable looks expensive and I've been told it is a winner by folks on this site.

Maybe you can audition cables by checking out rigs at a vendor's place or a friend's or by using the search function on this site of all sites.
