Don't think I ever posted this here but I did post it in the MP3 clinic a million years ago...
Of all my covers I put up on Soundclick back then for some reason, somehow this one got a lot of attention and held the #1 position in the rock covers sector at least 100+ days. It was roughly recorded and I was trying for a Rod Stewart approach to at the time a popular Sam Smith tune...I added harmonica and for the first time in my stripped down style used a drum ( bongo style ) track...most songs I record have no drums...The beat was a little weird and for sure it gets a little awkward / off a few times maybe that's the beauty of it... anyways I present for you Stay with Me...
