Start Me Up Again

We're not quite done with this, but I was hoping to get some feedback on where we're at.



I'm planning to redo the vocals (our singer has some changes she wants to do, plus I want to try a slightly different tracking method), we're planning to try some background vocals during the choruses, and we might add some hand persussion.

Plus any EQ, compression or levels suggestions you guys have.

Any feedback appreciated.

Hi

I like the song a lot; good guitar, drums and vocals. The rythm section is very tight. You might want to add some reverb (not too much) to the guitars and drums to put them back a little and give more room for the vocals. Also, the level of the bass could be increased.

Thanks. I went pretty light on the reverb cuz I'm not thrilled with my reverb plugs. I've downloaded Waves, so I'll take your advice and work on it.
