springs for a 38-8

Hey,
Can someone tell me if they sell the little springs on a tension arm for a Tascam 38-8? I had to take mine off and 1 of them is a little stretched.

I guess its considered an Extension Spring. I don't know the exact size and its not in the exploded diagrams in the owners manual. There's got to be a place that makes springs and sells just like 5-10 at a crack...No?
 
I think it's more like a retraction spring.

The spring causes the tension arm to retract down into the fully down position when the tape spools off the reel.

That's probably not an important distinction.

Tascam Parts may have that part, otherwise shop for another small spring of a similar size.
