Spares for 2488 neo

I know this is a longshot but does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a new black / silver plastic top panel (excluding sliders and knobs) for my 2488 neo.

I have damaged the existing one and need to replace it.

I have written to Tascam (USA and Europe) but as yet I have had no reply.

There is a broken NEO on e-bay right now that will sell cheap and you could have all the other extra parts besides the one you are looking for ;)
