It looks like a nice system. It depends on what you want to do, and how you will be using it. I would also take a close look at what converters they use and the analog path to those converters..
I want to use it as a multitrack recorder and probably connect a digital board for mixdowns. Do you know if you can import wavs from the host computer into the tracks of the R'ed's mutlitracking software? (the same way you can drag and drop files into vegas or multiquence)
