Soundcraft M8

I was interested in getting one of these. Anyone have any experience with it to tell me if it is of quality or not? I know someone who has one of these and just loves it.

I don't have one but I heared those gost pre's are pretty good.

I really like the direct out on each channel, so if that's what you need, it's a great board.

The M8 is a good starting mixer!

I have the soundcraft M8 and I like it. It was and still is my first mixer/pre’s. The only thing I have to compare it to is an FMR RNP, and I’ll tell you what, they both have their place in my studio.

The EQ on the M8 is really quite good and useful.

I don’t think you can go too wrong with the M8 if a mixer is what you are looking for.
