Sound Designer II or AIFF?

Use WAV. It's more compatible. I assume you're talking about in Pro Tools, right? Well, it supports WAV, and it's far and away the most compatible format. So stick to WAV.

WAV or AIFF... all worthwhile recording s/w will support both formats easily....

Saving files in a piece of software's proprietary format is not a good idea if you use a lot of different audio tools -- compatibility would become an issue.

Stick to WAV or AIFF if you can........
