After spending much time mixing a song in Sonar 3, suddenly all the effects in all the tracks reverted to their default/flat settings 
Compressors, EQs, reverb etc. They were all the Sonitus ones. I saved the song when it was nearly finished. I think I even opened it, played it, and saved it again, but when I went to open it again today, there were all my settings...gone. What might I have done to make them go away? A couple of things I bothered to save as presets, and those still exist at least.
