I upgraded from 8 to X1, I find X1 easier to use.

Oh yes!
I used 8.5 and swithched to X1. Love it all the way. Main goodies are the ability to customize views (skylight). Prochannel also makes things a little easier,
even though 3rd-party plug-ins usually takes over. Layout is simple and clear, and I can automate buses smoothly. Color scheme also superior.
I think it's a no-brainer.

I've been on X1 since before Christmas and have been in the cakewalk track of product for years... I find the workflow to be much easier!!
