This was the most challenging mix i've had to deal with to date. It got put on the shelf half done a few months ago and i finished it last week. I'm not unhappy with it, but i get the feeling it needs something else, i just don't know what.
heres the info- This project took place over the course of a studio upgrade...that was just dumb in hindsight
-recorded with DMAN 2044/Audiophile2496/SB Live plat
-cheap AT condenser and dynamic mic w/ART tube MP and audiobuddy preamps.
-started the process in Cakewalk PA 9 finished in SONAR
-acoustic WAshburn gtrs
-electrics Carvin DC 137 through pod pro
-bass direct through tube MP
-vocals processed out the ass with the pod (my buddy can;t sing)
