Software Sampler

Hi.

Im moving away from using hardware samplers and would be interested in any recommendations for stable software samplers that work well with Sonar?

I really need one that work in the same soft of structure to the old Multi's and Keygroups on hardware sampler.

Any help much appreicated

I'm using Kompakt,albeit not totally problem free,but nothing I haven't been able to work around.I also have Garritan's GPO and JABB.

With so many different hardware/software configurations for PC's,it's really hard to say something is totally problem free.Make sure your system has plenty of RAM and the CPU power to handle the sampler's tasks.The bigger the sample the more resources it will need.

My only input other than that is to say that it's the sample,not the sampler that's really important.

Battery is a good one, Kontact is also good. Neither of these do any actual sampling though, I don't think. Just for playback and manipulation.
