Slow rnb joint, chord progression.

I apologize maybe I wasn't being clear enough. I like to play triads in the C major scale, then go lower down. C for root, 3, 5, and the 7th...then continue to play lower. Something like 1, 7, 6, for the chord progression and so on. I guess what I'm trying to say is how do you guys transition to the bridge from among these lines? I wanted to play something diminished for the transition but I don't know which chords. Can somebody offer some advice? If you were to play something like this..what is your way of doing it? I hope that make sense?

I like to play it in C# more, which is fine as well if you guys can offer some tips on C#.

If you could post a MIDI file demo, or even just a chord progression example with chord letters rather than this confusing description, I would be willing to take a look.
